Terms of Construction

 

In ordering a project from 1^stessays.com, the customer agrees that the order form must contain the complete set of instructions on how he/she wants the paper to be formed. The instructions contained in the order are to guide our writers in writing your paper. You are not allowed to change the instructions given or the paper when the writer had already started writing it. We encourage that you provide us with the materials that will be used as references for your order especially if it is necessary to quote from these materials. This is particularly crucial for materials that are specific to the course of study. If there is a specific format for the paper that you would like to use, it is important for you to specify it in your order to ensure that we can provide what is being asked by your course of study.

Terms of Payment and Order Termination

The paper will be delivered according to your preferences as written in your order notice. We have 8 hours up to 7-day options to work on your papers like essays and such while 30 days for thesis and dissertations. The length of time that you will provide for us to construct the paper will be equivalent to a corresponding rate. In terms of cancellation, an already paid order cannot be cancelled. We will not provide refunds once the writer has started working on the topic/project. We are also not responsible for any malfunction either may it on software/hardware or Internet Service Provider problems of the customers. We reserve the right to revoke or decline any order. In such cases, wherein we would not be able to fulfill your order, the customer will be notified for a full refund before the given deadline.

 

Customer Satisfaction

It is our endeavor to provide only the best, cheap quality–oriented reference papers that enable our customers to create their own papers. We highly encourage our customers to provide feedback on the quality of our work. Hence we also welcome requests for revisions. Revisions on the paper will only be entertained if the necessary instructions that are clearly stated and specified in your order were not followed. Revision request would only be entertained within 48 hours after the paper has been delivered. We will not be liable anymore for the paper after 48 hours upon delivery. Hence it is important to specify what is being required of the paper. We will not be liable to revise the paper if it means incorporating new ideas or new materials that you did not specify or include on your order form. We will revise the paper only once.
